It;s all go!

It's all go, go, go. Tonight we are heading out to our third Christmas party this week. Actually we had two to go to tonight. We have to miss Keith's work party, which is always a really good time. Instead we are going to the Masonic lodge party. This one, I WILL NOT be washing dishes! The last two we went to somehow offer to help and end up in the kitchen all night! I don't mind, really, I quite like being able to make myself useful. Then last night the boys group went on umtil 11 pm and I had to really drag myself out of bed for work this morning. Then it was a really hectic day at work too. Oh well, only three more days of work then I am on holiday for ten days! Can't wait! Hopefully I will be able to keep up the blog a bit more regularly then!
Yesterday my dear friend Deanna called me up to make sure I was alright since it had been so long since I wrote anything here. It's nice to know people care.
Thanks for stopping in and I hope all is well wih you all.

My goodness, I wondered when you would have a new post, I kept checking to see a new post.

We have been busy also, just a few more days of work for us here.

Hi susan, I was wondering where you were, I thought it was maybe a hectic week as it is unusual not to see a new blog for so long.

We have now done 7 of our dinners and are counting down, we have eleven all together.

Luckily, today was just a lunch for the Chamber of Commerce, they just wanted lots of appetizers, very fiddly, but makes a change from the constant turkey dinners of the last 6 days. Also, because it was a lunch, we were able to go the the Shrine dinner in Osoyoos and make that our anniversary dinner. Forty three years and still smiling!!

Love the pic of you and Keith, hope the party went well and that you didn't finish up in the kitchen. see you soon, mom

Hope you had a great time at all the parties...I don't know anyone in my town and don't get to socialize so I sorta miss the christmas festivities...
