Beautiful Sunday

I dont recall that this was one of the beattitudes of the Sermon on the Mount, but it lifts my spirits. Lord knows we can all use a little more laughter.
Have a great Sunday. I'll say a prayer for us all.

The Beatitudes

3"Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted.
5Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth.
6Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.
7Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.
8Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.
9Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.
10Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11"Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.
12Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

One of my favourite passages in the Bible. Good words to ponder.

Glad you had a good day in Vancouver. The weather was great, wasn't it. We went to the local car show and this time I did manage to take my camera...lol.

Have a very nice Sunday with your family. ((hugs))

That is a great post, especially for a Sunday! I am sitting here in A lot at the U of Idaho looking out at the nearly empty grass that just yesterday had many RVs on it. There are seven of us and we all must either leave the campus or at least move to B lot by noon. I will head for Spokane.

Thanks for your kind words in your comment on my blog. I suppose the approach of the one year anniversary (a week from today, on the 23rd) is part of what is getting to me. I just feel so alone, even with Huggy. Hold onto those you love, spend as much time together as possible & take photos of each other. Don't let them eventually find that you were behind the camera in most of them so there are few photos of you for them to treasure.
